We Caring Your Family Health & Well Being

I’m Dr. Tommy Pang (known online as Dr. T Pang), a double board-certified functional neurologist and former acute care nurse with over 12 years of experience in the healthcare system. Currently based in Hong Kong, I work at a non-profit organization, helping hundreds of children improve their spinal health and overcome neurological challenges such as ADHD, autism, and Asperger’s syndrome. I also support adults facing brain degeneration, including Parkinson’s disease, dizziness, Alzheimer’s, and many other unexplained symptoms often dismissed by traditional healthcare providers.

I’m recognized for my expertise in translating textbook neuroscience into real-world clinical results. I’ve dissected more than 10 human brains alongside leading scholars in neurology and am known for pioneering prevention-focused brain health and the natural reversal of conditions like ADHD, Parkinson’s disease, and other neurological disorders. My work extends to optimizing brain function for athletes and high performers.

Thanks to my impact and influence in the world of brain health, I’ve been featured in international media outlets such as the Daily UK and The New York Post, and have been invited to teach seminars and share my expertise globally.

Beyond clinical practice, I’m a passionate educator and social media content creator, dedicated to spreading practical knowledge on how to regulate your brain and maintain lifelong mental sharpness. My unique perspective bridges clinical neuroscience, hands-on patient care, and personal recovery from brain injury, making me a trusted authority and sought-after speaker in the field of brain health and self-healing.

In my leisure time, I challenge myself with new adventures to keep my mind and brain young and sharp—enjoying rock climbing, scuba diving, and even flying.

Miracle I see everyday

The Miracle I Get Tired of Seeing

Every day in my clinic, I witness transformations that many would call miracles—but for me, they’ve become almost routine.

In today’s world, health is too often defined by the limits of conventional medicine: every problem is labeled a disease, and every solution is a medication or surgery. But the truth is, many health challenges—like high blood pressure, obesity, heart disease, ADHD, and more—aren’t simply “diseases” to be managed. They’re signs that the body isn’t functioning as it should. And at the core of that dysfunction is often a dysregulated brain and nervous system.

When your brain and nervous system are out of balance, your body can’t function properly. Symptoms appear, and people are told there’s nothing more that can be done. But when we address the root cause—by stimulating and regulating the brain and spine—the body’s natural healing power is unleashed.

That’s why, every day, I see:

  • Children overcoming ADHD, autism, or dyslexia—astonishing their doctors and families.
  • Kids who couldn’t speak a full sentence at age 10 suddenly speaking fluently within months.
  • Adults with Parkinson’s disease regaining the ability to walk, simply by restoring brain function.
  • Children with severe behavioral problems becoming calm, focused, and thriving.

People often ask me, “How is this possible?”

The answer is simple: We’re finally looking in the right place and addressing the real root cause. Once you understand how the brain controls every function in the body, these so-called miracles become predictable results.

Honestly, I’ve seen so many of these “miracles” that I’m almost tired of calling them miracles—they’re just what happens when you work with the body’s natural design.

This is why I do what I do: to show people that true healing is possible when you go beyond labels and treat the root cause, not just the symptoms.

Why I Do What I Do

Why I Do What I Do

As a nurse, I saw firsthand how the medical system focuses on crisis—but often overlooks what matters most: your quality of life after the emergency. Too many people are left managing symptoms with endless medications, never getting to the root cause.

My own recovery taught me:

  • You are not broken.

  • Your brain can heal—if you give it the right support.

  • Real transformation starts with understanding, not just prescriptions.
